Preo P1, which is the product of Teknosa for smartphone manufacturers, has reached serious sales volumes.. The product, which has received very positive reactions from its users, continues to increase the number of users every day.
When your Teknosa Preo P1 is infected with a virus, its settings are irreversibly confused, the phone stays on the splash screen and cannot progress. what you need to do is to reset the product. There are three methods to reset the Preo P1. However, while the users can apply the two methods themselves, the third method is only possible at technical services.
The initial management of resetting Teknosa Preo P1 is by entering the “Settings” menu of the device. Using the “Reset Settings” option. When you do these operations, your phone returns to the first day you bought it by deleting all the data in it in a few minutes and the first setup settings are in front of you.. You can apply this option on any phone that can work.. However, it does not seem possible to use this method when resetting devices that never turn on or cannot progress in menus when opened.
We need to use some key combinations when resetting these devices.. The full meaning of this process is “hard reset”.. However, there are some issues that we should pay attention to before starting the “hard reset” process.. For example, the memory card and sim card inside the phone must be removed and our battery status must be at least 50%.. The reason for this can be explained as ensuring that the data on the memory card and sim card are not affected during the phone reset, and protecting the device system memory by preventing the power of our device from being cut off during the reset.
If you are sure that you meet all the above conditions before starting the hard reset process, we turn off the phone completely.. Then we turn on the phone by pressing the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.. When we open it this way, we see Android reset screens.. We can navigate on this screen by using the select power/volume down keys and in this way, we select this option by pressing the power button by hovering over the “Wipe/data factory reset” text.. Then we come across many “No” and one “Yes” options one after the other.. We hover over the “Yes” option and press the power button and the reset process is completed.. Then the phone returns to the android reset menu and in this menu, we click on “Reboot System Now” and press the Power button and complete the reset process.. After these processes, the phone will return to the day it came out of the factory and the first installation settings will appear.. By configuring these settings, we can turn our phone back on.
