Steps to do if the option to search mails in Inbox in Outlook 2007 does not work;
- Open Outlook.
- Go to Tools Menu / Speed Dial / Search Options / Index messages in this data file
- Remove the checks here, close and reopen outlook. Your search problem will be solved
