TIMELINES EXTENDED
According to the decision, the duration of the interest supported loans approved by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization Increased from 1 year to 2 years. The loan principal amount limits for which interest support will be provided have been increased from 80 thousand TL to 160 thousand TL for retrofit loans, and from 200 thousand TL to 400 thousand TL for housing construction and workplace construction loans.
One right. The limit of the total loan amount to which interest support will be provided on behalf of the owner from 1 million TL to 2 million TL.
